Selected client engagements

Nine engagements across five countries and sectors from defence technology to environmental journalism to high-end audio. What connects them is the same problem in different clothes: a company that had outgrown the way it was communicating.

How I work

Structure first. Output second.

I am brought in when a company already has something worth talking about and no structured way of saying it. The service is good, the market is there, and the communication is either inconsistent, improvised, or absent entirely.

My work sits between strategy and execution. I build the internal structure first - process, editorial direction, documentation, the way a team hands work to each other - and then run or supervise the output that comes out of it. That order matters. Content produced without structure does not survive the third month.

I work as an individual partner inside a client's team, not as an agency on the outside of it.

Aicox Soluciones & Adevex

Five years of corporate communications for a Spanish technology group and its engineering subsidiary.

Aicox Soluciones is a Spanish technology and communications group working in satellite communications and systems engineering across Spain, Portugal, Africa and Latin America; Adevex is its engineering subsidiary. Over five years I have run the group's corporate communications end to end - the monthly newsletter, LinkedIn and social content for both companies, and the internal document and presentation system that stopped the team rebuilding the same material from scratch.

I also edit video for internal marketing and HR initiatives and for the group's presence at trade fairs and industry events. Five years of monthly delivery for a technical B2B group, across two companies and two markets, renewed each year without a re-pitch.

Marketing agency, Brazil

A one-person operation rebuilt into a five-person agency, with revenue up five-fold in six months.

A one-person marketing agency in Brazil with five clients, no internal process, and no way to grow without adding more of the founder's hours. I rebuilt the operation from the inside: I structured the agency's entire internal process for communication, content production and client strategy execution, then hired and trained a team across copywriting, design and video editing.

I ran strategy throughout, managing the team and approving every client deliverable. Client name withheld at their request.

Portal Brasil Amazônia Agora

Three years building the editorial, social and sponsor infrastructure of an Amazon-focused news portal.

Brasil Amazônia Agora is a Manaus-based news portal covering the Amazon, bioeconomy and the Manaus Free Trade Zone. Over three years I built the infrastructure underneath the journalism. I structured an internal process in Trello that connected every collaborator, trained the operational marketing team - designer, copywriter, video editor - and built the social presence and editorial line from nothing.

I developed LinkedIn into the portal's primary channel for leads, contributing writers and audience growth, supported the strategic development of a new website, and ran the sponsor relationship directly: preparing the metrics presentations and leading meetings with new and prospective sponsors.

NeuralAcoustics

Press, events and international partner communication for a high-end audio brand selling across seven countries.

NeuralAcoustics represents high-end audio brands from Switzerland, Germany, the USA, Japan, Spain, Canada and France - a category where credibility is the product. Over a year I managed the brand's press, events and partner communication: a recurring monthly collaboration with AVMAG magazine, the company website, and communication with international partners on brand collaborations including Qobuz.

I owned the client experience at the annual three-day HiEnd audio event in São Paulo across both the 2025 and 2026 editions, including contact management during and after the show, and structured the internal documentation for showroom events so they could be run consistently rather than reinvented each time.

Tormena Têxtil

LinkedIn positioning for a 30-year industrial representation business, ahead of its biggest trade fair.

Tormena Têxtil has represented Italian textile machinery in Brazil for over thirty years, from Brusque - the centre of the country's largest textile cluster, with supplier ties into Italy and Germany. Over four months I structured the company's LinkedIn presence and the CEO's personal profile ahead of FEBRATEX, the sector's most important trade fair and the single biggest commercial window in the company's year.

In an industry where relationships are built in person and over decades, the individual account carries more weight than the corporate one, and both were positioned accordingly. I also organised the internal and social material for the pre-fair campaign and produced the monthly social content throughout, so the profiles arrived at the fair already active rather than switched on for the occasion.

Cores do Lar

A content production system that sustained 60 pieces a month for a full year.

Cores do Lar sells bedding, quilts and home textiles across Brazil, online and in store - a retail pace that demands content volume. Volume without a system is how content operations quietly collapse around month four, so I built the system first: a consistent, repeatable production process for social content, with formats, sequencing and approvals defined before anything was filmed.

Only then did I scale output to 60 pieces per month, and hold it there. The total matters less than the consistency behind it - that is the system carrying the work rather than the effort, which is the difference between a content operation that lasts a year and one that lasts a quarter.

Malu Mafra Studio

Instagram, internal operations and sales enablement for a growing studio.

A one-year partnership, ongoing, that has widened well past its original brief. I structured the studio's Instagram profile end to end and produce its monthly content, but the work extended quickly into how the business actually runs. I built the internal task-management system in Notion so demands stopped living in someone's head, trained the sales team, and structured and wrote the commercial PDFs used to sell service packages - the documents that carry the conversation once the enquiry arrives.

I am currently building the studio's website. The scope is the result here: an engagement that began in social media and was extended by the client into operations, sales enablement and web, one function at a time.

  • SectorTravel - bespoke Switzerland itineraries

Suíça Incomum

Social content and a commercial document for a bespoke Switzerland travel service.

Suíça Incomum builds personalised Switzerland itineraries for Portuguese-speaking travellers - airport and regional transfers, panoramic rail, region-by-region planning, from first contact through to departure. Over six months I produced the company's social media content and structured the commercial document used to support sales, deliberately pairing the audience-building work with the collateral needed to convert it.

This is a considered purchase in a premium market, where the presentation of the itinerary does much of the selling before anyone speaks to a person - so the sales document had to carry the same standard as the trip it was describing.

Marketing agency, Brazil

Training and strategy supervision that took a two-person team to five in three months.

A small marketing agency in Brazil with the client work in hand and not enough structure or capability underneath it to scale delivery. This was a training and supervision problem rather than a strategy one. Over three months I trained the team across copywriting, design and video editing, and ran the full strategy while supervising every deliverable that left the agency - so the standard held while the team was still learning it.

This engagement is presented qualitatively: no revenue or client-count figures were recorded at the time, and I would rather show none than estimate. Client name withheld at their request.

Client operations, supplier relationships and brand partnerships across:

  • Brazil
  • Spain
  • Portugal

I take on a small number of clients at a time. That is a deliberate constraint: this work does not survive being spread thin.

Your turn

Outgrown the way you communicate?
