Structure before volume

I'm a fractional Digital Marketing & Customer Experience consultant working with founder-led companies internationally. I sit close to the business, not outside it.
Most of the companies I work with are good at what they do and unsure how to say it consistently. My job is to give that communication a structure - a clear position, a rhythm the team can keep, and a customer experience that feels considered from the first LinkedIn post to the last email.
I work in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish, which means I can help a company sound like itself in more than one market. And because I've moved countries several times, I have a lot of patience for the messy middle of building something.
Each step added something I use with clients: how to build from nothing, how to work across cultures, how to make a plan survive contact with a busy week.

If a system only works when everyone has a quiet week, it isn't a system. What I build has to survive your busiest month.
I work alongside founders and teams - in your context, with your constraints - rather than delivering from a distance.
Tell me where marketing currently sits in your business and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.
